Partner Program Terms

• When you join, you receive a personal referral link. Anyone who clicks it and creates a beopages account within 60 days becomes your referral.
• Attribution is first touch: a user is credited to the first partner whose link they used, permanently. Existing beopages accounts cannot become referrals.
• You cannot refer yourself or accounts you control.

• You earn 20% of every payment your referrals make — subscription payments, renewals (monthly and yearly), one-off coin packs, and one-off website exports — for as long as they remain paying customers.
• Commission is calculated on the amount excluding VAT and after any discounts.
• Each commission stays pending for 30 days after the payment (the refund window). If the payment is refunded or disputed, the commission is cancelled; if it was already paid out, it is deducted from your next payout.

• Payouts are made in euro via Stripe on the 1st of each month, provided your unlocked balance is at least €50. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
• To receive payouts you must complete Stripe’s identity and bank verification. Verification becomes available once your accrued commissions first reach €50. You can share your link and accrue commissions from day one — smaller balances are kept and keep building up; nothing is paid until verification is done.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your commission income in your country. We may need extra information from you where invoicing or tax rules require it.

• By joining the program you agree to self-billing: we prepare and issue the invoice for your commission on your behalf for each payout, and email you a copy. You agree not to issue your own invoices for the same commissions. An invoice is considered accepted unless you object in writing within 15 days of receiving it.
• All commission amounts are inclusive of any taxes (including VAT, where applicable). If VAT applies to your commission, it is deemed included in the amount paid — the payout never increases on top of the displayed balance.
• If you are VAT-registered, you must provide your VAT number (and business name and address) in the partner dashboard before the payout, and keep it up to date. Without a VAT number we invoice you as a private individual.
• For VAT-registered partners outside Ireland but in the EU, the reverse-charge mechanism applies (Article 196, EU VAT Directive): the invoice shows 0% VAT and we self-account for Irish VAT.

The program is for genuine recommendations. The following will get an account blocked and unpaid commissions forfeited:

• self-referrals or referring accounts you control;
• misleading advertising — presenting yourself as beopages, bidding on our brand name in paid search, spam, or cookie stuffing;
• promising customers refunds, kickbacks, or anything else that conflicts with our Terms of Service.

• We may change the commission rate, thresholds, or these terms with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes never reduce commissions already earned.
• Either side can end participation at any time. Earned commissions above the payout minimum are paid in the normal monthly cycle; after that, accrual stops.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
